Biker Lab ("we", "us", "our") is a motorcycle parts and accessories retailer located at 1776 Meyerside Drive, Unit 1, Mississauga, ON, L5T 1A3. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Biker Lab website and your purchase of products from us. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars [CAD] and DO NOT include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Upon cancellation of orders from our end, we will notify you via email provided when placing the order, and the amount paid will be refunded via the same method of payment.

Fitment and compatibility disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate fitment information for parts and accessories. However, motorcycle models, years, and trims vary, and Biker Lab is not responsible for parts ordered that do not fit the customer's specific vehicle due to incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout. Please confirm fitment details before ordering. Additionally, you can call us for guidance on the fitting of parts

Certain products may have age considerations. It is the customer's responsibility to select gear appropriate to the intended rider.

Limitation of liability

Riding gear and safety equipment sold through Biker Lab are intended to reduce risk but cannot eliminate the inherent risks of motorcycling. Biker Lab is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased through us.
