The following policy applies only to Wilbers customers ordering in and to Canada. Policies stated on Wilber’s website are applicable to Germany and EU.

Products and pricing

All products are custom built in Germany, and as such are available upon order. All prices are in Euro, including the VAT. Conversion to Canadian dollars (CAD) is calculated at the time of payment as the conversation rate changes without notice.

Ordering and payment

All orders are placed via our Order Form. Ensuring that all information provided is accurate as Wilber products are custom built for the motorcycle and its rider’s configerations. Please note that orders take up to 20 business days to complete the building of the order.

Any Wilber products purchased must be paid full in advance, and the payment is completed in CAD. We do not hold the conversion prices, and as such they can vary from the day you received your quote for the product to the day you completed the transaction.

Delivery and pricing

Wilber products are delivered within Canada, subject to the route of the carrier. Or they are delivered to Biker Lab for the customer to have the option to install it from Biker Lab.

Pricing for delivery is based on the location within Canada, factors will affect the delivery cost, such as, but not limited to: location within Canada, size of shipment, weight of the shipment, etc. Shipping takes an additional 20 business days based on the location of delivery in Canada.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped from Germany to Canada are international imports and may be subject to customs duties, GST/HST, and other applicable import charges assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs clearance fees charged upon importation are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Fitment and compatibility disclaimer

Limitation of liability

Riding gear and safety equipment sold through Biker Lab are intended to reduce risk but cannot eliminate the inherent risks of motorcycling. Biker Lab is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased through us.

Any damages caused by the products will be subject to a full investigation, including, but not limited to, the use and installation of the product.

Returns and refunds

Wilber products are NON-REFUNDABLE as these are custom built products for your specifications of the motorcycle and rider. 

Warranty

Warranty is processed through Wilbers, and Wilbers to be  contacted for proceeding with any warranty claims, you can find the warranty information here.

Biker Lab only provides warranty on the installation and labour, if the installation is completed by Biker Lab.

Changes to these Terms

The Terms and Conditions are changed without notice. The usage of this website constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
