Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress with the carrier. Shipping confirmation emails are usually sent within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

Order status stages

Order placed — we've received your order and payment has been confirmed.

Processing — your order is being prepared and packed.

Shipped — your order has left our warehouse and tracking is active.

Out for delivery — the carrier is on its way with your package.

Delivered — your order has arrived.

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
